Isuzu Amigo is one of the most successful models that was imported to the U.S, by Isuzu. The Isuzu Amigo is a two-door compact SUV that was introduced in 1990. The Amigo was available as both 2 wheel and 4 wheel drive models. There are two generations of Isuzu Amigo that started in 1989 and 1998 respectively. Amigo is a Spanish word that means, 'friend'.
