The initial models of the Land Rover, Range Rover that was produced till 2002 was available as a mid-size Sport utility vehicle and after 2003 the full size SUV was introduced that is still in production. The Range Rover was available as a front engine, four wheel drive model. The Range Rover used the three door and the five door body style. The Range Rover used three types of engines that include the 4.0 Litre Rover V8 engine, 4.6 Litre Rover V8 engine and the 2.5 Litre BMW TD I6 engine. These powerful engines were combined with the four speed automatic or the five speed manual transmission.
