The Dodge Dynasty is a front-wheel drive sedan that was manufactured by Dodge. The Dodge Dynasty was introduced in 1987 for the 1988 model year. The Dynasty was used to replace the 600 as Dodge's mid-size car. The Dodge Dynasty used the Chrysler C platform and was similar to the Chrysler New Yorker. The Dodge Dynasty was produced in Belvidere, Illinois. The last Dodge Dynasty was produced in1993 and then was replaced by other Dodge models.

The Dodge Dynasty used the following engine variations: 2.5-litre inline-4 Chrysler engine, Mitsubishi-sourced 3.0-litre V6, Chrysler-built 3.3-litre V6 and the 3.3 V6 engines that were made available in 1990. All Dodge Dynasty cars used a driver's side airbag and Bendix antilock braking system from 1990 to 1993. In parts of Canada and Mexico it was marketed as the Chrysler Dynasty and used the V6 engine.
