The Chevrolet K5 Blazer was the smallest full size SUV version of the General Motors C/K Trucks family. The Chevrolet K5 Blazer was in 1969. In 1995 the Chevrolet Tahoe replaced the full size Blazer. The Blazer was designed and marketed as a competitor for the International Harvester Scout and the Ford Bronco and by 1970 was outselling its rivals.
